Direct answer: Netmarble scheduled temporary maintenance for October 13, 2026 from 05:00 to 07:00 UTC. It fixes a Lancelot Gauntlets Special Attack issue in which the Anchor Shot effect can stack across party members. Affected Knighthood Boss Battle records will be removed from the current leaderboard, ranking rewards are postponed, and the eventual ranking reward will be the same for all participants.
What changes for the Knighthood Boss Battle?
- Records affected by the issue will be removed from the current leaderboard.
- Ranking-reward distribution is postponed until after the October 13 maintenance.
- When those ranking rewards are distributed, all participating Star Guardians receive the same rewards.
- Boss Battle attempts reset as scheduled on October 12 at 07:00 UTC, with an additional reset during the temporary maintenance.
What compensation is confirmed?
- Star Fragment ×300 as maintenance compensation, claimable from the mailbox after maintenance until October 27 at 14:59 UTC.
- Knighthood Coins ×50 for players who participated between October 5 at 07:00 UTC and the October 13 maintenance; the ranking rewards can be claimed from the mailbox until October 28 at 14:59 UTC.
- Individual Cumulative Score rewards are recalculated after the October 12 reset and the additional maintenance reset, with eligible players receiving up to 15 Knighthood Coins total based on rewards already obtained.
What should players do?
Exit the game before the maintenance window, then reconnect afterward and check the mailbox, leaderboard, attempts, and cumulative-score screen. Do not count a future ranking payout as spendable currency before the eligibility and delivery state are visible. Players who already reached the maximum Individual Cumulative Score rewards between the October 12 reset and maintenance will not receive additional rewards for that track.
How does this relate to the October 10 notice?
Article 339 first reported unintended scoring methods and promised a separate decision. Article 340 is the follow-up that confirms the Lancelot-related cause, the maintenance, record removal, reward handling, and compensation. This notice concerns Knighthood Boss Battle; it does not change the current Lancelot and Elaine banner windows or confirm a successor after October 28.
